Describe the bug; What happened?
Running Quilt v0.18.10-1.19.2
When empty bottle is place on offhand, it is creating a new health potion on the inventory instead of replacing the empty bottle, leaving the empty bottle still on offhand, means players are able to create multiple health potion.
Expected Behavior
empty bottle on the offhand should also be replaced.

This is fixed in later versions. Please update to 1.19 or later. We don't support 1.18 any more because we've got too many other projects at this time. Should we have time, later on, we may consider backporting fixes to 1.18, but this just isn't on the table right now. Thank you for understanding.
