[Bug Report]: Extra arrows spawned by enchantments can only deal 1 damage

Describe the bug; What happened?
Extra arrows spawned by some enchantments (such as Bonus Shot or Burst Bowstring) can only deal 1 damage
Expected Behavior
The enchantment damage multiplier should work normally

1.Forge (But after testing, it's the same issue on fabric)
2.Vanilla bow (other bows are similar)
3.It's just some mods to assist in testing, and I'll disable these mods to test later

- Are you on Forge or Fabric?
- Which bow you're using?
- Do you have other mods installed? If so, what are they?
- Which launcher are you using? Depending on the launcher, you can get some real-time information from the console.
I disabled other mods and tested on fabric
