Describe the bug; What happened?

Applying a Committed III book on a sword gives me a Committed II sword. Tested with Ambush III and II aswell and it results in Ambush I.

Expected Behavior

Should apply the correct enchantment level

@Cataratas Can you recreate this, once it happens, immediately close your game and then post your latest.log file, please? It will help me to see what is going on

Here it is. I got myself a Committed III book from EMI and put it in my sword and it applied Committed II.
The log showed me this:

I have no ideia whats going on, maybe you can see something I'm missing there. I did modify the modpack slightly so that might be it although I doubt it is, I'll test later to see if that is the problem and confirm here for u.

@Cataratas That is so odd. Does the item you're enchanting already have any enchantments on it? Can you walk me through, step by step, what you're doing, what item you're enchanting, what enchantments (if any) the item already has, etc., please?

Installed a fresh prominence II instance, v3.1.10.

The sword itself is not the problem, tested with my supernova, netherite, stone sword, etc., enchanted or not does not matter. Even combining books does not work. Interestingly, some enchantments work fine. These are some tests I made:

• Committed I + Committed I -> Committed II
• Committed II + Committed II -> Committed II
• Freezing I + Freezing I -> Freezing II
• Freezing II + Freezing II -> Freezing III
• Any sword + Committed III -> Sword with Committed II

When searching for the Committed enchantment on EMI it shows a search in a rather odd order:
Committed I Book; Committed II Book; Resolute Tempest Knife; Truthseeker; Growing Staff; and then finally Committed III Book

I know that in the modpack there's a mod that increases enchantment levels by one (don't know which one), so even though in the config the max level for both Freezing and Committed is set to 3, I can get Freezing IV, and that works as expected, but there's no Committed IV, so, idk, maybe that has something to do with it.
