Broken Sawblade doesn't have any way to retain enchantments

Describe the bug
Mechanized Sawblade loses enchantments when it breaks.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enchant Mech. Sawblade
  2. Let it break
  3. See broken sawblade is original item
  4. Be sad

Expected behavior
Mech. Sawblade should either be repairable before breaking or retain enchantments when it does break without the use of mending.

Please complete the following information:

  • OS: Windows
  • Launcher MultiMC
  • Mod Version 4.0.4
  • Are you using a Modpack? No

Zanith brought up this grievance a while ago.

I will also note, I am not certain that this is still an issue as I have not tested it myself, but I don't believe anything has been changed from looking at the code.
