I had access to an M1 Mac Mini but the thing is, MC runs under Rosetta using x86 translation. This complicates things tremendously. I wasn't able to get it to work. I think there's a better chance when there's a native version of MC Java Edition for M1.

Thanks for your work for Mac M1 version, I really would like to see an ARM64 (mac) version too. Now the arm-version Java is available(Just like Zulu8 or OracleJDK17) and the arm-version LWJGL is available too. We can already run MC natively on Mac M1, so is there a way to build it?

Sadly I don't have access to an M1 machine at the moment. I'd like to be able to try and get it working with the native binaries. A starting point would be to use a build for ARM64 from the Spotify CEF CI server https://cef-builds.spotifycdn.com/index.html
