Changed a few settings in the contig too get everything to load up but it seems the tps is siting at around 10 all the time although I'm not noticing lag other than after going a few chunks or sometimes while standing still for a while. On SP when testing I seem to get 10-13 same issues. I'm running on the Live How You Please Modpack with currently lag meter (not sure if it could cause issues) and some fps mods. my config is as follows:

While testing in SP I had a red graph on the right showing tps and when spawning 600+ mobs in one area the tps would show 20 on there and I wouldn't be getting lag. On server I don't see that graph on the right so I'm relying on spark to be accurate.
