[Bug]Mod requires a forge version that doesn't exists with 1.16.5

Description
the mod asks for forge 40 while the oldest version is 36.2.34 for 1.16.5 WHICH MAKES IT UNusable
- Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
- ModLoader: 36.2.34 Forge lastest stable 1.16.5
- MCPitanLib Version: 3.3.0 (oldest 1.16.5 version of the mod) and other versions
Steps to Reproduce
- launch the game in 1.16.5
