Crashes on NeoForge 1.21

On MC 1.21 NeoForge v21.0.167, the mod crashes during startup, and the errors it spits out actually varies slightly depending on rather I have Cloth Config installed for other mods (note that even without Cloth Config and other mods except for Architectury installed it still crashes).

Mods List:

  • Architectury v13.0.6
  • MCPitanLib v2.3.3-1.21-neoforge
  • Mod Sound Volume Options v1.0.3-1.21
  • Cloth Config v15 API v15.0.130 (when explicitly installed for other mods)

Logs:
