I tested this in a new instance of FORGE [FORGE Version 43.2.0] with only MCSA and its dependencies

MCSA 3.1.2+
Cloth API v 8.2.88 [Forge 1.19-1.19.2]
Architectury API (Fabric/Forge)
-I tested with version 6.4.62, 6.3.56, 6.3.52, 6.2.46, and 6.2.43
