I was updating a modpack for a friend and noticed that your're still having the old RF API as dependency and cofh with it. By now all mods should have migrated to the FE capability and most mods don't support the old api at all (like all of my current mods).

2 years ago I would have seen the advantage, but only for this mod, I now need to put two extra mods (CoFH Core and RedstoneFlux) into the modpack, which I really wanna avoid. I have looked into the code and since you're already using the capabilites, you should be able to just delete all cofh core/redstone flux references and delete them as dependencies.
