I need to use an IPV required such as global IPv4 for my friends to be able to join me or any IPV whether local IPV4 or IPV6 can be used to send the IP so that my friends can join me ?

You need send all "Global IPV4/6" to your friends, first time to jion your friends need to try which can join, then use it.
