Playing Medieval Minecraft 1.19 Fabric, Modpack version 4. Medieval Origins version 1.19.x-4.1.2
When picking dwarf, you get the Night Vision 3 buff, but not the Haste buff to accompany it.

Doesn't work in either Multiplayer or Singleplayer. I checked the configs & everything for dwarf was set to true.
Reinstalled the mod & mod data files with no change.
