I made an all of fabric server with origins and create added, and my friend that chose pixie only can levitate for 4 seconds, naturally pixies can levitate for around 8 minutes

I don't know how this triggers to repeat this bug, but in singleplayer he can levitate for 8 minutes and in my server only 4 seconds, this bug started after he left and rejoined the server in one night.
