medieval weapons crashes when used with pehkui in third person

Describe the Issue
- get a wooden lance
- hold it in the player's mainhand or offhand
- go into third person
- you will crash
im unaware if this happens with other items

Do you use any other mods except the required ones?
not in that log, the issue has been replicated by me with other mods too though
