Is there fluid and chemical bulk cells comming ?

Hello, I play on 1.20.1 forge an I was wondering if there is a project for adding MEGA Bulk Fluid, Chemical etc. Storage cells in a future uptade.
If there is not, I think I'll try to make it myself

And how does the radioactive storage cell work ?
