[BUG]: AOBD Incompatibility

Describe the bug
AOBD (Another One Bites the Dust) no longer adds osmium nuggets and clusters.
This happens in Mekanism CE 9.10.32 but does not happen with 9.10.30 or earlier.
Sadly, the modmaker of AOBD has been gone since 2016 and the well-beloved mod cannot be updated as such, so either someone must make an AOBD Community Edition, or else Mekanism CE must have its change reverted, whatever it was.
To Reproduce
- Have Mekanism Core/Generators/Tools CE 9.10.30 installed.
- Have AOBD 2.9.2 installed.
https://legacy.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/another-one-bites-the-dust - Create a map and exit the game.
- Upgrade to 9.10.32.
- Load map, you will get the message of the osmium stuff being AWOL.
Expected behavior
Unless there is some reason for no longer having nuggets and clusters for osmium, I should prefer for them to be retained in my map.
