Describe the bug

Universal cables max throughput scales with the amount of cables on the line. One cable between the generator and machine gives the right max RF/t but adding more cables so the machine is further away makes the max transfer scale linearly with the amount of cables.

To Reproduce

1. Place full creative energy cube
2. place empty ultimate energy cube a few blocks away
3. Connect with basic universal cables
4. See throughput with network reader

Expected behavior

The max throughput should be constant and not scale with the amount of cables in series
