Describe the bug

This is an odd one, but we're getting random crashes on the server regarding only 1 user (The only user who built the Mek Turbine). They claim there is nothing IC2-related in their inventory, connected to the turbine or any machines, so the error seems odd.

Hi there! its the player that is experiencing these and causing the server to crash. it also appears when attempting to break the mekanism turbine vent as well. the other crashes thats complaining about the mekanism turbine had nothing for me to do with interacting with my small turbine inside my base.
