Issue description

When setting up a Formulaic Assemblicator along side Compressium mod to start compressing Stone. The Formulaic Assemblicator will not compress to stone to [Compressed Stone (1x)] it will only craft Heavy Stone Bricks. It will compress all the other blocks with no issue.

Place and power a Formulaic Assemblicator
Install Speed upgrade, Energy upgrade
Add 9 Stone blocks
Craft Available Items which outputs to Heavy Stone Bricks

are the recipes the same?

They are indeed the same. On the vanilla crafting bench there is a switcher to go between normal recipes and modded.
The switcher is also present in the crafting grids of Refined Storage and Applied Energistics.

Heavy Stone Bricks comes form another mod: Architect's Palette - 1.3.2 Which also uses the same recipe as [Compressed Stone (1x)]

Then this is not a bug
