Fission Reactor don't input / output coolant when use chunk loader

Issue description

Fission Reactor don't input or output coolant when use chunkloader.
But it was still reacting, so it will explode after player come back.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make a fission reactor
  2. Set fission reactor active
  3. place a chunkloader load the chunk
  4. let player unload the chunk, or in mutli-player, leave the server
  5. wait a few seconds, and comeback
  6. the reactor will explode

Are you sure all the chunks containing the reactor, the things you are outputting coolant to, and then I am guessing turbine are loaded? F3+G should show the chunk borders iirc

I'm using sodium to be the coolant, reactor, boiler and turbine all loaded
Using water not help either

This issue will happen in singleplayer rejoin the world

Oh I'm sorry, I found the problem, it's because I connect the heat use the quantum entangloporter
