
Enabling Vision Enhancement Unit disables its mode switch key handling

Issue description
Switching on the Mekasuit's vision enhancement switches its 'Handle Mode Key' setting to false, and if it was true, also switches off the vision enhancement. This makes switching it on using the head mode key impossible, necessitating opening the module tweaker and switching vision enhancement on manually.
Head mode switching worked as expected in Mekanism 10.7.10.

Steps to reproduce
- Obtain and equip a Mekasuit helmet with vision enhancement module(s) installed.
- Attempt to enable vision enhancement with the head mode switch key.
- Use the module tweaker window to enable vision enhancement manually.
- Attempt to enable vision enhancement manually with 'Handle Mode Key' enabled first.

Same issue, also does this with the gravitational modulation unit, the magnetic attraction unit and the vision enhancment unit, turning the "ENABLED" option to true in the module tweaker when the "handle mode key" option is true deactivate both and hotkey stop working.
This looks like a Neoforge bug, and there were some fixed to keybinds after the version you listed. Please check with the latest Neoforge release
