Issue description

Unable to upgrade with mods in the modification station

Steps to reproduce

1. open modification station
2. try to add atomic disassembler into the tool mod slot
3. (does not go into slot)

Minecraft version

1.21.1 (Latest)

NeoForge version

21.1.148

Mekanism version

10.7.13

Other relevant versions

this is in ATM10 2.44

the modification station is for the meka tool and mekasuit, not the disassembler
