Issue description

When i use the enriching factory (elite), and i put for example a stack of raw iron theres always 2 raw iron left that will not turn into powder, it does that with pretty much everything.

Steps to reproduce

1. Craft an Elite Enriching Factory
2. Connect it with energy using Basic Universal Cables
3. Use Speed Upgrade
4. Put any ore inside
5. Wait for it to turn everything into powder
6. (Probably no effect on the bug) Connect it to a furnace using Pipez's Item Pipe

it turns 3 raw iron into 4 iron dust

yeah, that's expected. raw ore requires 3 items to process
