Issue description

Specifically for elite and ultimate transporters, the transfer speed is faster than what their tooltips mention. This can be easily seen by placing a long transporter line and sending items from one end to another, and measuring the time while doing this. The longer the transporter line is, the more time difference will be seen between expected vs actual time.

I believe this issue can occur for basic and advanced transporters too, if their transporter line is long enough.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place down logistical transporters (longer is better) and send items from one end to another.
2. Measure the time.
3. See that the items get transferred faster than intended.
