Issue description

i encountered a bug with the Rotary Condensetrator it filled with brim but it didn accept power from any side but after putting in a power source made it accept power from any side and worked flawless

Steps to reproduce

place down a Rotary Condensetrator
fill it with brim and try to power it

1.21.1 (Latest)

NeoForge version

21.1.173

Mekanism version

10.7.14 (Latest)

Can you explain the issue a bit clearer? I tried some stuff with the condensentrator but I don't see any bugs about it.

uhm well so i crafted a Rotary Condensetrator and place it down after trying to power it with a universal powercable from mekanism Tier 1 it wont connect i tryed all angles but after i put in a power source then the power cable connected and the Rotary Condensetrator got power from the cable

Is it reproduceable?

okay so i just try it in my world and in a new world it didn happen again sry for wasting your time i m not sure how and why the bug happend i was sure i found a bug sry guys
