Mekanism causing lag

Issue description
Hello, I was told that in this spark report something within Mekanism is causing lag, the server is consistently around 700ms behind, could someone tell me when it is?

Drilling down, it seems to be sophisticated storage by way of logistical transporters. Disconnect the sophisticated storage unit/s and it should go away
