Teleporter frequency isn't reset after being placed in the crafting grid

Steps to reproduce

  1. Get a teleporter.
  2. Set a frequency.
  3. Put the teleporter in the crafting grid.
  4. See that the output still has the frequnecy bound when it should be set to "none".
