Mekanism hogs the server thread while processing mekanism tile entities

Unfortunately the profile was running for so long, and your TPS is consistently at 20, the blip is completely averaged out to well below the 50ms/t of a 20 TPS normal:

Nothing is standing out to me as a result, was there something specific you spotted?

I think the rendering is causing the lag as If I look at the reactors, my FPS drops

You'll need to run a client profile then as the one you linked is a server side one (for the integrated server of single player)
