Mekanism digital mining machine cannot collect some minerals

Issue description
After setting filters for certain minerals, I attempted to start the mining machine, but it consumed no energy and yielded no minerals.
Known problematic minerals include gold and uranium.
Steps to reproduce
- Place the mining machine and connect it to the generator and container.
- Set up the filter (uranium or gold).
- Start the mining machine. No minerals are output.
