Using Mekasuit w/ draconic capacitor crashes other players

Issue description

I run a dedicated server for me and a friend but when i wear my MekaSuit it makes his game crash. It seems to be related with the draconic capacitor but im not really sure. Unequiping the MekaSuit prevents the other player from crashing

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable charge for all of your items in the draconic capacitor
  2. Equip your MekaSuit
  3. Warp/Teleport to another player
  4. The other player will crash

Minecraft version

1.20.x or earlier (No longer being developed)

NeoForge version

40.2.21 (Forge)

Older

Other relevant versions

Draconic Evolution: 3.0.31.531
Brandon's Core: 3.1.10.283

Mekanism is @ version 10.2.5 on MC 1.18.2

Looks like draconic is doing power simulation on the render thread, which is suspect

Unfortunately we no longer support such old versions, so a fix on our end is unlikely
