Mekanisim keep crashing with addons despite being on compatible version

Issue description
I have mekansim 10.14.16.80 and mekanism generators, additions, and tools both on the same version yet on the crash log it states that mekanisim is on 10.4.15.75.

Minecraft version
1.20.x or earlier (No longer being developed)
NeoForge version
forge 47.3.0
Mekanism version
Older

You likely forgot to delete the old mod file, or managed to download the wrong one.
Can't verify because you didn't post the full crashlog (the mod list is cut off)

yeah there's near zero way of me downloading the wrong one. I triple checked and as for the report i checked it and the mod list only list the forge version and the mc version idrk why tho.
