Fusion Reactor stating it is producing infinite FE/t but it doesnt generate any

Issue description

I built a Fusion Reactor in the modpack ATM10. While experimenting with steam turbines, the reactor suddenly states it is -9 something real big YK hot. Even after reassembling it still says producing infinite/t while also saying stored: 400 mFE / 400 MFE.

It is a known bug, it will be fixed in the future: #7911
