Fission Reactor explodes on entering the world

Issue description
Should i turn it off each time i log out? Water supply is infinite, vapor is removed instantly, wastes don't reach the limit, mining dimension , maybe that's because i'm loading too long. Checked now, it explodes fr
Steps to reproduce
1 make reactor and fuel it with fissile and water, 3 sinks with pipes from pipez with best upgrade, reactor on 6 power
2 output to solar neutron activator
3 leave game
4 on entering might explode on interaction or after some time

That sounds like your water input is not stable or takes too long to boot up
are these pipes stable? They all have ultimate upgrade
