Following #1443 issue. I can't certified Computercraft load order fixed, but there is still bug about Client stuff inside Jar which avoid 7.0.0.196 to run successfully on server side.

This is the same issue as #1454, I added support for bspkrs' new config guis, so depend on a later forge. Try forge 1147. I'll see about adding a minimum forge version to the dependencies, as so many people are having issues.
