Make cables use previous tier instead of using basic cable

The title pretty much says it all. Imo, you should make the cables use the previous tier instead of using the basic cables for everything. Once you have your ultimate cables you are going to have tons of lower tiered cables laying around to no use. You should at least consider adding a possibility to chose which you want to use :)
