IUPAC accept both aluminum and aluminium, so I'd go with this as a spelling to differ between US/GB localisations. In either case, we don't actually have aluminium in Mekanism, so... Are you using AOBD?

Most tech mods that use it, use Aluminum spelling. Gregtech is probably the only one that uses Aluminium spelling. And I think their Aluminium is incompatible with other mods Aluminum.
