Can you please make it so that all the machines in Mekanism can be edited for power usage and production? And can you make it so that the salination plant should hold its heat more efficiently and there should also be upgrades for it so that heat can be attained faster.

All generation and usage rates can already be changed. Upgrades will come in later releases.
