Crash with Mekanism v6.0.5.46 Digital miner

When placing digital miner down in the Nether game crashes with this crash log: http://pastebin.com/FL6ApWpf

Upon relogging into the game the digital miner is placed but I have another one in my inventory, duping the item.

(modpack used: Yogscast Complete pack)

This is a known bug when placing a Digital Miner where it would connect to any form of TE conduit. Try first breaking the TE conduit.

Sidenote: this is fixed in v7.
