With an advanced cable hooked up to an advanced solar or a wind generator draining all the power it creates, and an atomic disassembler placed in the charging slot, the tool appears to charge, but when you close and reopen the GUI or remove the tool the charge level resets to whatever it really is (zero, or what it was at when placed in the slot) and then begins counting up all over again.

In my world the machines consuming power are not in the same chunk as the generators (the adv. solars are part of a salination plant, and the wind turbine is just above sea level, if that matters). I don't know if other generators can experience this issue. I tried a hydrogen generator adjacent to an electrolyzer filling an oxygen tank without it happening though.
