Tried to enchant a Bronze Paxel with 1 level, and got Efficiency IV, Unbreaking III, and Fortune III....

Tried it out on the rest of the bronze tools, all of them give REALLY high enchants just using 1 level to enchant it.
Armor seems to give a bit lower enchants, but stilll really high for 1 level.

Same thing with Steel and Obsidian tools/armor.

I know there is configs for this, but maybe the defaults should be a bit lower :P
