Lacking a config option for energy usage on Electrolytic Separator. I like to change the energy usage on all my machines, could you please add this? Thanks :)

The energy consumption of the Electrolytic Separator is tied to the energy density of hydrogen as set in "D:HydrogenEnergyDensity".
