I have a fully working Tier 3 setup in a live survival world hosted in South Africa :-)

The only problem I have is that periodically (not nailed down the exact frequency yet), the salination plant goes back to "incomplete".

Nothing is wrong or broken, I just have to press the "Salination Plant" button again and everything starts working.

Is this meant to happen ? Is it every morning (it seems like this is the frequency)
