When mining my robit disappeared. I thought it went home to recharge, but it wasn't returning. So I came back home and it wasn't there either. I returned to the place where it disappeared and nothing. Is there any way to find it? Any file where entity positions are written? I really need to find it. Or at least retrieve items in it.

If you want to try and track it down in the world files, you could use something like NBTEdit and find its position.
