I have a Cauldron (MPCP) server with this great mod. and pluggin towny.

The digital miner can be configured to take the blocks and objects in a town, no matter that is protected.

I would like a way to block this will be added ..

You can use recipe-remover mods to make the Digital Miner unobtainable. I don't, however, have plans of config-based machine disabling.
