So you will fix the MDK, but what about the dev jars? In the end of #1571 Algos workspace seemed to work, but mine doesn't with a universal jar. What should I do to test my mods' Mekanism integration?

I'll see about adding a dev jar option to the build script - in the meantime universal jars should work with CodeChickenCore installed in your dev environment
