The logistical sorter gets stuck in some circunstances.

So far i've found this:

Lets say we have filters A B C each having their own colored destination unique to them.

If there is no room for A the sorter doesn't progress down the list even if the inventories for B and C have room.

EDIT: This bug has been repeatedly reported to be fixed.

Just implemented a neater fix into the development branch. Thanks for bringing this to my attention :)
