Unable to delete null mod id filter on logistical sorter.

In the logistical sorter filter menu, if a Mod ID filter is saved without inputting a mod id (or a mod ID that doesn't match anything), the filter is saved as None with no way of deleting them.
Clicking on a Mod ID Filter of None just brings you to the new mod ID filter page (which has a grayed out delete button).
This is on Bevo's Tech Pack 1710-05 FULL with Mekanism version "Mekanism-1.7.10-7.0.0.87"
