v7.1.0.89 - Mechanical Pipes cannot send fluid into Tinker's Construct casting basins/tables

Using:

Mekanism 7.0.0.75
TConstruct_mc1.7.10_1.6.0d35
Mantle_mc1.7.10_0.3.0

The pipe can pull out of the Drain, and seems to find a valid fluid connection point to the table/basin, but will never actually put the molten metal into either one.

I fixed a bunch of Mechanical Pipe bugs for v7.1. Going to close for now, let me know if updating does not fix.

Updated to the latest versions of both Mekanism and Tinkers but still able to reproduce the issue.

I tried having it pump into the bottom, and a side, etc. but same issue either way.
