Empty tanks

Hi.
Forge 1207/ mekanism 7.1.0.89
After a while running server with Mekanism we still suffers from the problem with empty tanks and cables who are disconnected.
Wasent this bug fixet in 87/88?
After reboot it seems altso tanks / cables er empty.
Anything else it count be?
