Crash when IC2 is not installed

I get this crash wen i try to launch Mekanism without IC2 installed
(IC2API crash)
(Using Build 90)

Are you using ThaumicTinkerer? Cause that caused the same crash for me.

Yes, TC and/or TT seem to trigger it

I saw somewhere that TT is carrying an outdated IC2 API, so this isnt Mekanism's fault
